Dear colleagues, please accept our sincere condolences in connection with the tragic consequences of the cyclone that struck the western lands of Germany. We are deeply saddened by the news of the disaster, which resulted in many deaths and casualties. We express our support and sincere sympathy to all the people of the Federal Republic of Germany for those who lost relatives and friends in the disaster and wish a speedy recovery to all those affected.
