Тraditional billiard tournament!

Members of IPA Kirov celebrated the November holidays (10-11 November 2018) in the billiard club “KGB”. The tournament was dedicated to day of law enforcement officer. There were about 100 participants.

Chief of the Kirov Region Legislative Assembly Vladimir Bykov opened the tournament. He congratulated with holiday and wished good luck all players. 
Also chairman of IPA Kirov guardian council Sergey Smirnov, Minister of Sport and youth policy in Kirov region Georgiy Barminov and President of IPA Kirov Nikolay Koscheev made welcome speech. Main judge was Andrey Domnin traditionally.

II Group
1 st place -Vladimir Litvin
2 d place -Grigory Bukhanevich
3 d place -Marat Shaykhetdinov

III Ggroup
1 st place -Oleg Karandin
2 d place -Andrey Grukhin
3 d place - Vladimir Kornilov
