Traditional meeting with the activists of the social movement Night Patrol

On November 9, 2018, President of IPA Kirov  Nikolay  Koscheev met with the activists of the social movement Night Patrol . The most active members got letters of gratitude for a great contribution to road safety from IPA Kirov and The Public Chamber of Kirov region.   It’s noteworthy again that Night Patrol has been working since 2012. 1165 intoxicated drivers were arrested during this time.
