Availability of opportunities to host members of the Association:
STATEMENT
Please accept me as a Member in the ranks of the Kirov Region Social Organisation "Police Association". I fully share the goals and objectives of the association, as set out in its Charter, and I undertake to comply with all the rules set out in the Charter of the KRSO "Police Association". I undertake to participate in the activities of the Association, faithfully fulfill my duties as a member and pay annual membership fees on time.
APPROVAL FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Under the following conditions:
1. The Organization processes the personal data of the Subject solely for the purpose of systematization, accumulation, storage.
2. The list of personal data transferred to the Operator for processing:
- last name, first name, patronymic
- date of birth
- contact phone number (home, cell, work)
- the actual address of residence
- the address of the office location
1. The Subject consents to the processing of his personal data by the Operator, that is, performing, among other things, the following actions: processing (including collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, depersonalization, blocking, destruction of personal data), while a general description of the above methods of data processing is given in Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 07/27/2006, and also for the transfer of such information to third parties, in cases established by regulatory documents of higher authorities and legislation.
2. This consent is valid indefinitely.
3. This consent may be revoked by the Subject at any time by agreement of the parties. In case of misuse of the provided data, the agreement is revoked by a written statement from the personal data subject.
4. The subject, upon written request, has the right to receive information concerning the processing of his personal data (in accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 14 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 06/27/2006)
