The 60th anniversary of Aachen Department of International Police Association

On the 5th of October Nikolay Koscheev was invited for celebration of the 60th anniversary of regional section of Aachen Department of International Police Association.

President of Kirov Department of the Russian Section of International Police Association introduced the Kirov region and, under the authority of president of the International Section of International Police Association Yuri Zhdanov, handed out commemorative medal of the Russian Section of International Police Association with wishes for successful international cooperation to secretary general Berthold Mühlenhöfer.
