On November 4 and 5, 2023, the Police Association held the 33rd traditional annual billiards tournament

Retired Police Lieutenant General, Honorary President of the "Police Association" Rosuvan Alexey opened the tournament. He congratulated everyone on National Unity Day, on the upcoming Day of the Interior Ministry Employee and wished good luck to all participants of the competition. Welcoming remarks were made by the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Association, Honorary Citizen of the Kirov region Smirnov Serge and the President of the "Police Association" Kosheev Nikolai.

As a result of persistent duels Victor Zhilkin and Andrey Grukhin won in their groups!

The event ended with the presentation of diplomas and, of course, excellent mood. We thank everyone for participating and look forward to the next tournament!
