On September 1, 2023 was a solemn Day of Knowledge at the Kirov Fire and Rescue Law Police College

Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Maria Valeryevna Butina, Commissioner for Human Rights in the Kirov region Alexander Grigoryevich Panov, deputy of the city Council Denis Nikolaevich Sitnikov, President of the KRSO "Police Association" Nikolai Vitalievich Kosheev, Vice-President of the Judo Federation of the Kirov region Zairbek Gadzhievich and many others came to congratulate the cadets on the beginning of the academic year.
