Am 16.Juni 2007 leitete Kirov Regionale Gesellschaftsorganisation “Polizeiassoziation” das zweite Schiessenturnier aus der Pistole “Makarov” auf dem Territorium des Truppenteils in der Siedlung Kstinino. Über 200 Mitglieder der Association besuchten diese Sportveranstaltung. Alle Wünschten konnten aus dem Automate “Kalaschnikov” schiessen. Ausser dem Wettkampf konnten die Gäste Schaschlyks und Fish essen.

Die absolute Meisterin wurde Oberst der Staatsnarkokontrolle Elena Proshchina mit 94 Punkte. Der zweiten Platz nahm Reserveobertsleutnant des Bundessicherheitsdienstes Alexander Besov mit 90 Punkte. Der dritten Platz nahmen Oberst des Ministeriums der besonderen Lagen, erste stellvertretender Leiter der Verwaltung des MBL in Gebiet Kirow Mark Lobanov und Obereinsatzbeauftragte Larisa Pozdeeva (88 Punkte). Der vierte Platz nahmen Oberst des Innendiensts, Leiter der Einheit des Ministeriums des Strafdurchführungsdienstes Nikolay Lakin und Oberfähnrich der Miliz Yuriy Zonov (87 Punkte). Der fünfte Platz nahm Oberst der Miliz Vyacheslav Martynov (86 Punkte).

On 16.June 2007 Kirov Regional Public Organization “Police Association” held the second shooting tournament from the pistol “Makarov” on the territory of military unit in the settlement Kstinino. There were about 200 members of the Association on the event. Everyone who had a wish could shoot from the submachine gun “Kalashnikov”. Also all the guests could taste shaslyks and fried fish.

The absolute champion became the colonel of the State Drugcontrol Service Elena Proshchina with 94 points. The second place took the lieutenant colonel of the Federal Security Service in reserve Alexander Besov with 90 points. The third place took the colonel of the Ministry of Extra Situations, the first deputy chief of the Ministry of Extra Situations in Kirov region Mark Lobanov and the head of the operational department Larisa Pozdeeva (88 points). The fourth place took the colonel of internal service Nikolay Lakin and the head warrant officer Yuriy Zonov (87 points). The fifth place took the colonel of the militia Vyacheslav Martynov (86 points).
