A visit of the National Romanian section member

On the 11th of September Lilian Glukh, a member of the National Romanian section, visited Kirov Department of the Russian Section of International Police Association.

Lilian Glukh lived in Russia before. He is retired Colonel and lives nowadays in London, England. He actively deals with the matters of the Romanian and the English sections of Police Association.
