The meeting of young firemen

In the period from July 30 to August 9, 2019, in the Kirov Fire and Rescue Law Police College, the 5th anniversary meeting of young firemen with the participation of a delegation from Germany (Wiesbaden) consisting of 24 people took place.

In the gymnasium of the Kirov Fire and Rescue Law Police College, opening ceremony of the 5th anniversary meeting and the opening of the Kirov Fire and Rescue Law Police College, headed by the director Sharipov Igor Mikhailovich, took place.
This event was attended by President of the Kirov Regional Public Organization “Police Association”, Nikolay Koshcheev; Chairman of the Regional Department of the All-Russian Public Organization (DOSAAF of Russia), Yuri Nikolayevich Rybkin; Deputy Head of the Main Directorate of Russian Emergency Ministry for the Kirov Region for State Fire Fighting Service, Shestakov Konstantin Vladimirovich; Executive Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Kirov Region, Titov Roman Albertovich; Mixed Martial Arts twice the World Champion, Advisor to the Governor of St. Petersburg for Sport and Youth Policy, Andrei Vladimirovich Semenov; Head of the Department for the Population and Territories of the Administration of the Kirov Region Protection, Sergei Leonidovich Pletenev; Head of the Russian Federal Bailiff Service for the Kirov region, Dmitry Leonidovich Brovchenko; representative Government of the Republic of Dagestan in the Kirov Region, Osmanov Abdurakhman Dolgatovich; Senior Assistant to the Head of the Investigation Department of Russian Investigative Committee for the Kirov Region, Dozhzhachikh Dmitry Vladimirovich.
Besides, at the opening ceremony performed the folk song and dance group “Cossacks of Vyatka” and was held the exhibition performance of the UFSIN dog service.

After the opening ceremony the participants of the meeting went on an excursion to Sovetsk, where they visited memorial places and the fire department of Sovetsk.

Then the participants of the meeting were waited for a hike with an excursion to the rocks and a waterfall of the river Nemda.
They also visited the Children’s Space Center of Kirov, traveled to the dinosaur park in Kotelnich, and went on an excursion to the Russian Army, Air Force and Navy Volunteer Society in the Kirov region.

The cadets of the Kirov Fire and Rescue College and the delegation from Germany spent the day at the Sports and Education Centre “Prometey”, where they laid flowers at the monument to the dead fire-fighters and the Chernobyl monument. They also visited fire-fighting museum of Vyatka, museum of the civil defense of the Kirov region and museum of cameras. The participants of the opening ceremony got acquainted with retro fire-fighting equipment and took part in an international conference. The cadets of the Kirov Fire and Rescue Law Police College and graduates of the Emergencies Ministry’s challenge and young German fire-fighters could also ask each other their questions as a round table was held.

During the 5th anniversary meeting of young firemen (Germany Wiesbaden — Russia Kirov — Moscow — St. Petersburg) Vladimir Reshetnikov, a coach of the Youth Center “Green”, held friendly competitions in bench press.
