In the new year 2024, the Kirov regional social organisation "Police Association" continues to grow. Recently, another police officer from Southeast Asia joined our international ranks. Nikom Kanokpaipipat is Deputy Commissioner of the Royal Thai Police (General), sharing the goals and objectives of the "Police Association", applied to join our organization. After the inspection, his desire was satisfied.
The certificate was presented to our new colleague in Bangkok by Oleg Vladislavovich Kabalinov, a member of the "Police Association", official representative of the International Federation of Hand-to-Hand Combat in the Kingdom of Thailand, head coach, master of sports and captain of the National Team of the Kingdom of Thailand in hand-to-hand combat.
