On behalf of the Kirov regional branch of the RS IPA and myself personally I cordially congratulate you on the Holiday of Spring and Labor.

Our nation has been celebrating this holiday for years, every time giving a new meaning to it. Painstaking work and proficient workers have always enjoyed great honor and respect since the days of our ancestors. A diligent and conscientious individual has always been highly valued and acted as a subject to imitation.

This day is loved among all generations of Russians who do not spare effort and energy for the improvement of their native land, developing and making the Fatherland prosperous.
