«Night patrol»

The terrible failure was in the city Kirov. 3 persons were lost. Understanding, that forces of traffic police is not enough for prevention of road accidents, Sergey Kosolapov, the member of IPA «Police Association» collected group of men who in the night from 6 for October 7 helped to patrol the city to the staff of traffic police. The patrol was exposed on the main dangerous places in our city, entrances to night clubs. The members of group fixed offenses by means of the video registrar and gave information to police officers. On all affairs check is conducted, about results will be reported later.
