At the beginning of December a conference was held on the basis of Kirov IPA law college as a part of three-day seminar of juvenile inspectors. Honorable guests were among participants – the President of the Russian Section IPA Alexey Gankin and General Secretary Igor Bogoroditsky.
The present noted successful development of the association in Kirov region as well in the country in whole. It’s not the first year that IPA wins president grants. One hundred thousand rubles will be spent on setting up of a children camp in Kirov. Policemen pay special attention to legal and patriotic education of the new generation. For example, in Kirov a cadet corps is being formed on the basis of school № 70. Such experience can also be interesting in other cities.
