On February 21, 2015 (right before Defender of the Fatherland Day) a bench press championship among students of boarding schools and orphanages took place. As always, it was arranged by Children and Youth Center of Oktyabrsky district, KROO ‘Police association’ IPA, KRO ‘Dynamo’. V. Vladykin the Deputy Chairman of Kirov City Duma greeted all participants.

The pupils of Torfyanoy correctional school and orphanages of Slobodskoy, Urzhum, Sovetsk, Murygino and Kirov participated in the championship.

Team scoring:

1^st place went to students of Torfyanoy correctional school (Orichevsky district).

2^nd place was taken by the students of Slobodskoy orphanage.

3^rd place got the team of Sovetsk children’s home.

All the winners were rewarded with diplomas and valuable prizes.
