On 4 and 6 May 2013 the 15th annual Russian billiards tournament devoted to Victory Day took place in the “New World” club.

On 4 and 6 May 2013 the 15th annual Russian billiards tournament devoted to Victory Day took place in the “New World” club.

More than 50 members of Kirov department of Russian Section IPA participated in this competition which was opened solemnly by the mayor of Kirov, the reserve major general, the member of «Police Association» Vladimir Bykov and the president of Kirov department of Russian Section IPA Nikolay Koshcheev.

According to the main judge of the tournament, Andrey Domnin, the participants showed beautiful and persistent game and achieved good results. There was hearty and friendly atmosphere during the competition and that is important for supporting high spirit of the members of Kirov department of Russian Section IPA

When the tournament came to the end, the winners were rewarded by diplomas and prizes. All members of Kirov department of Russian Section IPA were grateful to the organizers and emphasized the significant role of this competition in the development of billiards sport among the members of IPA.

As for the results of the tournament, the winners in their groups are: Nikolay Efremov, Andrey Ovchinnikov, and  Andrey Kuznetsov.
