On August 24, 2018, the fifth anniversary tournament of the open individual championship on shooting from hunting smooth-bore and rifled weapons

On August 24, 2018, the fifth anniversary tournament of the open individual championship on shooting from hunting smooth-bore and rifled weapons. The event was dedicated to the memory of our countryman, master of sports of the USSR Yuri Kukushkin. 

The tournament was organized by IPA Kirov, together with FSB Veterans and sport association Dynamo. Over 50 participants took part  in the tournament this year. Chief judge of the competition was Alexander Andreev. Competitors were divided into two groups by age and by type of weapon: smooth-bore and rifled .

Major-general Eugenie Smetanin, President of IPA Kirov Nikolay Koshcheev and  Yuri Kukushkin’ widow  Tatiana made a greeting  speech. After chairman of board  FSB veterans  Viktor Kolpakov  announced the start of the competition.

Smooth-bore weapons 1 age group: 

1st place - D. Cheglakov

2d place - R. Sysin

3 place - V. Smotrin 

Smooth-bore weapons 2 age group: 

1st place – V. Kolpakov

2d place - A. Solobutin

3rd place - V. Ushakov 

Rifle weapons  1 age group: 

1st place - D. Cheglakov

2d place - D. Bakhtin 

3rd place - A. Kashin 

Rifle weapons  2 age group: 

1st place - A. Sanovich

2d place - V. Ushakov

3rd place - B. Bakulin

Smooth-bore and rifled weapons 1 age group: 

1st place - D. Cheglakov

2d place - D. Bakhtin

3rd place - V. Melkishev 

Smooth-bore and rifled weapons 2 age group: 

1st place - V. Ushakov

2d place - A.  Sanovich

3rd place - V. Kolpakov
 

The winners of the tournament received prizes and diplomas.There was the shooting crew of the television broadcaster  “Vyatka” on the tournament.
