A visit to Kirov regional branch of the RS IPA

On the eve of the Great Victory Day pupils from Soviet orphanage paid a visit to Kirov regional branch of the RS IPA.

Little guests were warmly welcomed by A. Pervakov at the central office. Then the younger generation was given a tour on office and told about the history of the International Police Association and its first president - Arthur Troop.

They were also shown a variety of photo-reports on different activity of branch office and explained its goals and objectives as well as the order of becoming a member.

The foster children thanked A. Pervakov for amazing time and interesting event. Especially they liked sports trophies and awards from the international competitions.

The meeting took more than an hour and ended with the  invitation to visit the museum of police uniform taking photos.
