Kirov delegation of IPA was invited to take part in the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the department Limburg of the Dutch section of IPA

From 9 till 11 October Limburg department of the Dutch Section of IPA celebrated its 50th anniversary. The celebration took part in city Kerkrade, the Netherlands. Delegations from almost all European sections came to Holland to congratulate their Dutch colleagues. For the first time in 50-year history of the Dutch section representatives from Russia took part in the celebration, namely delegation from Kirov department of IPA Russia headed by the president Nikolay Koshcheev. This fact aroused great interest because it’s not common for Europeans to talk to Russian colleagues. Vyatkavites presented heads of the department, hero of the anniversary, a memorable gift for their great work.

The organization of the holiday and entertainment of guests were at the highest level. Kirovites and law-enforcement officers of Europe visited structural police departments of the Netherlands. Besides, the guests enjoyed an interesting excursion into caves where unique building stone was quarried earlier, with which the famous Koeln cathedral was built. Kirov delegation returned home with admirable recollections and with new friends, what is the most important.
