In July 2015 at the invitation of colleagues from Montenegrin section of IPA this country was visited by vice-president of Kirov regional department Pervakov Andrey. The meeting was held in Russian Federation Honorary consul’s  office in Montenegro, which is situated in Budva. Members of the meeting were Honorary consul Boro Jukich, president of IPA Montenegrin section Voislav Dragovich, head of the Border police Darko Vasilyevich.

During the confab colleagues exchanged memorable gifts. Event ended after a voyage by Adriatic sea. Excursions to Montenegro historic sites were organized by Montenegrin colleagues for Pervakov A.P. during several days later.

On the way back to Russia Pervakov Andrey visited organization’s central office situated in Belgrade, at the invitation of colleagues from IPA Serbian section. At the airport our colleague was met by vice-president Vitomir Goluzin and Belgrade’s police officer, IPA member Isidore Radovanovich.

In IPA Serbian section’s office memorable gifts were handed to Pervakov Andrey, and then there was organized Belgrade sightseeing tour. Police station of Zimun and historical city places were visited during the event. The meeting continued in floating restaurant during boat trips on the Danube. At the end of the meeting Pervakov A.P. submitted an invitation to IPA Serbian section’s leadership to visit Kirov.
