On the 2nd of April, 2010 took place the 1st session of the Social Soviet of investigative department in Kirov Region of committee of inquiry of public prosecutor’s office of Russian Federation.
The Social Soviet is forming on the basis of voluntary participation in it work of citizenzy of Russian Federation.
